Our Story
Bringing Trebla Talent to life
Trebla Talent was founded by Dakota Lowe and Natalia Perez, two former colleagues who shared a vision for transforming the recruitment landscape in the life sciences industry. With years of experience in large recruitment firms, Dakota and Natalia saw firsthand the challenges that companies faced in finding niche talent. They recognized a need for a more personalized and effective approach to recruitment — one that prioritizes the quality and diversity of candidates, as well as the cultivation of lasting relationships.
In 2022, Dakota and Natalia joined forces to launch Trebla Talent, a women-owned recruitment agency offering a unique, hands-on approach to life sciences hiring.

Natalia is a seasoned life sciences recruiter and account executive. Known for forging genuine connections, Natalia leads Trebla Talent's expansion into pre-IPO and stealth-mode partnerships.
