Ashley brings over a decade of recruiting experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, with a strong background in Medical Affairs. At Trebla Talent, she is expanding her expertise into Regulatory Affairs and Clinical Development while continuing to do what she loves most, connecting with people and building meaningful relationships.
With a genuine passion for helping others, Ashley believes successful recruiting goes beyond filling positions. She values honesty, transparency, and taking the time to understand the needs of both candidates and clients. For her, the relationships built along the way are just as important as the placements themselves, and many have turned into lasting friendships.
Outside of work, Ashley loves spending time with friends and family, traveling, and finding new adventures. Whether it's discovering a great local restaurant, enjoying live music, singing karaoke, or competing in her pickleball and pool leagues, she's always up for a good time and trying something new.
What are you looking to achieve this year?
I want to successfully leverage my background and experience towards a new area of recruiting with Trebla Talent. I look forward to learning more about regulatory and clinical affairs and developing great, new relationships along the way.
What is one long-term goal for you?
I would really like to complete a half-marathon. I have always been an avid walker and have recently taken up running. I'd love to keep pushing myself and see just how far I can go. I also love traveling, so completing my first half-marathon somewhere exciting would make the experience even more memorable.
What is the most embarrassing song you know every word to?
When I was in 7th grade I had to recite the Preamble to the U.S. Constitution in front of my class and the only way I could remember it was the song version from Schoolhouse Rock. To this day, the only way I can recite the preamble is if I sing it.
