Brandon is a life sciences recruiter dedicated to supporting startup, early-stage, and pre-IPO biotech companies. After graduating from Northwestern, his work in orchestra personnel management sparked a passion for connecting people with new opportunities. Known as a versatile and detail-oriented talent partner with a knack for deep listening, he initially focused on filling Clinical Development roles and has since expanded his network to include C-Suite, Business Development, Program Management, Translational Science, and Preclinical Research.

When he's not scheduling interviews or building new connections, you can usually find Brandon in the Colorado Rocky Mountains — hiking to a new summit or carving downhill trails on his snowboard.

I’m excited to dive headfirst into working with Trebla Talent and I’m eager to see how much we can accomplish! I’ve been on the hunt for some time now to fill one role every week over the course of a month and I would love to make a successful placement every month in 2025.

What are you looking to achieve this year?

What is one long-term goal for you?

My wife and I set out a couple years ago to summit all of Colorado’s 14ers together (mountains with a peak higher than 14,000 ft). There are 58 named peaks that make that list. We’ve made steady progress so far, weekend warrior style… 30 down, 28 more to go!

What was your most memorable birthday?

For my 26th birthday my wife, the inimitable Jessica Bird, sent me on a cross-town scavenger hunt! She brought all our local favorite shop owners in on it - bakers, baristas, even the pet store. I showed up to tasty treats waiting for me (or our cats) along with the next clues. I felt so seen and I had a lovely day filled with charming conversations.
