This $2.2 billion deal adds a Phase 2 immuno-dermatology program to their portfolio, marking argenx's very first acquisition in history!
Vertex → Crinetics
A ~$10 billion acquisition, one of the largest biotech deals of the year, for Crinetics' late-stage, de-risked assets.
Trimming their Trials
While the industry spent the past few years watching wave after wave of biotech layoffs, we're now seeing workforce reductions become increasingly common across larger pharmaceutical companies.
